2015 Calendar - 'encounters'

I decided to make some calendars and (Christmas) cards. Anyone interested? :)

I believe a year is very much defined by the people you meet.
Every month of this calendar witnesses a new encounter of various characters. Some will be the beginning of a lifelong friendship while others will be over in a glimpse - it's up to you to decide.
The original drawings are also up for sale.

If you're interested but don't want to sign up on Etsy or don't have a credit card simply e-mail me.

'We're all mad here'

An Alice in Wonderland themed commission I had a lot of fun with earlier this month. :)
If you like it you can buy it as an A4 limited edition or A3 Poster print in my Etsy shop.

Here's some work in progress, I used acrylics on gesso primed board.

Die Waldgeister

It’s that time of the year again. :)
I’ve been gathering leaves to my heart’s content and stumbled across some little forest people.
The composer Paul Wendlandt wrote a little piece of music for them.
Have a listen, it’s so peaceful and perfectly captures their character. :)

'Book Journey' - Commision

A commission I finished earlier this summer.
About the beauty of how books are able to transport us into other worlds.
The initial design featured paper boats but the client asked to change them into fish.
It's still the same message though.

ACEO commission for Carina - her lovely OC Evelyn.
It's been a while since I painted the last fairy and I enjoyed myself very much - thank you for this! <3

Ich gehe weiter, du bleibst stehen –

der Fluch des ewigen Kindes.

This is my part of an art trade between the absolutely lovely and very talented himeyu. <3
It illustrates her OCs Haine and Kain and their tragic love story.
Thank you so much yet again for your patience - I know I've taken absolut ages to complete my part...
I do hope I was able to capture the essence of your story well. :)
